The movie is slow moving due to the fact that it takes place in a house and the blood keeps it interesting. You are constantly waiting for the next sucker to get it and see how it happens. Sure there's a twist, but it still wouldn't save the movie from being completely boring unless there were inventive deaths to shock and scare.
